Lights Out
"Its so hot... am i in the desert?""man... i'm finding it hard to breathe."
"what's that commotion outside?"
I woke up, not in cold sweat but still in constant perspiration. The room was stuffy and unbearably warm. I hit on the button of my fan but it stood lifeless at its position, unwilling to obey my command.
Lightning was flashing and thunder was roaring outside the window. The rain began to pour.
Groan... my house was out of electricity.
Good thing it was raining and it was still pretty cool to get back to my slumber. But yet at the same time, i wonder if it is due to the lightning that caused this black out.
Whatever it is, i am now in the library feeling really groggy due to lack of good sleep.
Groan...
