Peranakan Museum
The week flew by in a blink of an eye. Unlike some particular creature who has an unusual fetish with pink fingernails and pink pencil cases, i have nothing of this sort to offer in my post. tsktsk.Am relieved that the week has passed by with the accomplishment of my essay on museology of Peranakan Museum. I would say that it was an interesting trip, being able to have a deeper understanding of the Peranakan culture at the same time taking a break from the campus environment.
Look at the many many kamchengs on display. I really feel like possessing one. But i guess it will cost lots to have one like this. hmmm.

Got to know that an American exchange student on scholarship was found dead in his PGP room a few days ago. Apparently it could have been alcohol intoxication due to the presence of alcoholic drinks in his room when he died. I wonder why is there so much deaths in campus recently.
And by the way, while walking to Kent Ridge Terminal from Temasek Hall yesterday, i spotted a caucasian girl reading a book (suntanning) at a grass patch in the hall compound under the super hot sun. All of us were like laughing cos it is such a British thing to do and no SE Asians will do this kind of thing over here. Man... oh well...
