Turkey for Christmas

In the midst of preparing for my examination, i couldn't help but to be excited over my preparation for the upcoming Turkey/Greece backpacking trip with my brothers. With the help of my previous experience in planning for my Europe backpacking trip, the planning this time round seemed easier and faster than the previous time. At least the major transportation (international n domestic flights / ferry) has been settled and i'll most probably settle the accomodations by this week after my wednesday paper.

20/12 Izmir (Day trip to Bergama)
21/12 Izmir - Selcuk (Morning Bus)
22/12 Selcuk (Ephesus tour)
23/12 Selcuk - Izmir - Cesmes - Chios - Piraeus (Bus / Overnight Ferry)
24/12 Athens
25/12 Athens (Day trip to Korinthos)
26/12 Athens
27/12 Athens - Istanbul (Plane)
28/12 Istanbul - Singapore (Plane)
29/12 Singapore

I'm so not in any exam mood. This reminded me of my last year's experience when i have my Mt Kilimanjaro climb and London student exchange consecutively right after my examinations. Seems like this year is the same, with Cambodia Mission trip and Turkey/Greece backpacking tour consecutively right after my exams.

Ok... i better get back to work. =(

Some Accountability

it has been a very long time since i last blogged. I think the post on my thoughts on democracy will never come to fruition. Haha. Right now, i'm just like the rest of the NUS population, mugging furiously in the Central Library 6th floor for the upcoming examination. This examination period seems to be a real challenging one for me. Not only do i have to struggle with the non-geography subjects (i totally DETEST sociology and seriously have no absolute idea why i could be so foolish to take it up), i have to make preparations for my upcoming cambodia mission trip as well as my backpacking trip to Turkey and Greece after that.

Alright, enough of my ranting. Back to my detestable sociology... eeeks

a Note

It has been ages since i post something. Amidst the Obama's presidential victory hoohaa, i was buried in my history assignments.

Been thinking lots... about democracy.
